| My Broham, my Weebleization, the Hotrod, the D.C. Boss, my big Sahaa Ramon Holmes would always make sure I had the fly gear. I got the nickname "Cash Money" years ago when JR, O, the Strange boys, and I started bumpin' Cash Money records when they first became popular. I remember when we were at the Mardi Gras event in 01 and Mikey Nicholson saw the electric blue Excursion with the "Hot Boys" emblem on the side like it was right out of the music video. Ramon would always bring me sick hoodies, t-shirts, headwraps, anything he knew I would appreciate for some east coast flavor. Cash money socks, shorts, even my shower curtain has hundos all over it. Style and expression are things that come naturally to us as we experience the world and find what appeals to us. I listen to this, wear that, move like this, talk like that. Just like my game on the field is a piecework product of the greats whose style I emulated and my ongoing experience, my personality is a unique blend of my love for my family, friends, paintball, music, comedy, and of course the trials and tribulations of living in this world. Sometimes it may take a while but but everyone must realize what it takes to be comfortable in their own skin. I am blessed to have the opporunities that I do with paintball and everything that I do is my way of putting myself out there for people to take a piece of whatever they need to make themselves better or happier. Who I am, how I feel, what I think, can all be found in how I play, how I look, how I teach, what I write, or what I make. Some of the most fulfilling experiences for me has been the paintball clinics I have been doing since 04. What a great time it is to be able to show people a good time and work hard on getting better at paintball. My passion though, has always been to put my unique touch in everything that I do. I have always had the hottest guns and the hottest gear. I require myself to always have on AT LEAST sixteen pieces of flare. Just kidding, but customizing my gear has always added to the fun of playing. I love it when others appreciate the time and effort I put into my custom jerseys, guns, pants, headwear, everything. Paintball is about having fun. If you look good, you feel good, you play good. I named my company Raza because just like I want to stamp all my creations, I know others do too. I want people to be able to enjoy their individuality, not be persecuted for it. The things I make are invitations to get to know me better, to see where I'm coming from and what I like. You can see all the things I have done as well as many others on RAZAlife. The galleries keep growing and growing. I invite everyone to become a part of it and show off their style. |
